Intro
I was relocated to Hong Kong to work on the Faster Payment System. With PayFast, customers can transfer money instantly via mobile number, email address or by scanning a QR Code. I created the name PayFast and introduced quirky whatsapp stickers that you can send to your friends.
My Role
Was to build the payNow equivalent payment system in Hong Kong.

When whatspps stickers first came out, my colleagues took pictures of me and made them into stickers. Following so, I suggested it back to them to make DBS whatspp stickers! It was all in good fun, but it was a big hit. As other banks like SCB copied out idea and they launched their own stickers pack in collaboration with Disneyland.
Scan & Pay
I mapped out the customer journey of a Private Client’s trading behaviour. And I discovered that the trading journey is very complex. The most important aspect of this journey map is the decision phase.
As such, the value proposition of the ETF stock quote page needs to validate an question. How does the information on the stock quote page help our clients make the trading decision?
CNY Payment
To infuse a touch of festive joy into the user experience, I meticulously crafted a captivating reskin design for the completion page. This dynamic redesign features an enchanting animation of coins cascading down, symbolizing not just good luck but also prosperity. The result? A delightful and memorable interaction that leaves users feeling uplifted and engaged.
