Mutual Funds
Intro
DBS started a virtual bank in India. And I was tasked to create a new project for mutual funds. It was a profit making project, but I was new to mutual funds and I didnt really understand much about the customer purchasing behaviour in India.
My role
My role was to work with the research vendor to do customer research and create a user experience that would make it easier for the customers in India to purchase mutual funds.
